Havarti & Spinach Quiche


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded Daneko Creamy Havarti cheese

  • 1 pie crust (9-inch)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in a pie dish.

  2. Cook onion in olive oil until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add cooked veggies and cheese to the pie crust. Pour egg mix on top.

  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until set in the center.

  6. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
