DaneKo® is a collection of Danish cheeses made with the highest quality ingredients. We use traditional Danish methods to make these decadent, creamy cheeses. All DaneKo cheeses are made from cow’s milk and are non-GMO.

HAVARTI

Havarti is a semi-hard cheese with a springy texture and subtle sweet, acidic notes.

Danish Fontina has a mild cream-like flavor. This results in a semi-soft pliable texture.
