Danish Blue Cheese Dip


Ingredients:

  • 2½ oz Daneko Danish blue cheese, crumbled

  • 3 tbsp buttermilk

  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar

  • ¼ tsp sugar

  • ⅓ cup sour cream

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mash the blue cheese, buttermilk, garlic, vinegar, and sugar until creamy with small curds.

  2. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise.

  3. Season with salt and white pepper.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.​
