Danish Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
2½ oz Daneko Danish blue cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp buttermilk
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 tsp white wine vinegar
¼ tsp sugar
⅓ cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper to taste
Directions:
Mash the blue cheese, buttermilk, garlic, vinegar, and sugar until creamy with small curds.
Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and white pepper.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
